Bottom line is we understand you are going to need help. It may be as simple question on what button to click on the system or it could be complex and you need help setting up hardware. Our goal is not to make you pay out the nose or anything for that matter, when you need help. Our goal is to get you up and running so you can start using the system.

We don't charge for support...in our view, that is just crazy to charge for helping you set up our system with your store.
